Lush Mother's Day Range - Essex Blogger Event

Saturday evening saw me meeting up with the Essex Bloggers again at Lush in Chelmsford, to check out their latest range to be released.  Mother's Day is quite early this year and falls on Sunday  6th March.  But fear not, Lush have got our backs, they have it in the bag, and all you need to do is make a visit to your local store.

After seeing what products were going to be released in the Spring catalog I was really excited to see the Ladybird Bubble Bar.  Filled with sweet geranium oil with a hint of peppermint.

The Rose Bombshell bath bomb is another favourite.  Made with rose oil, Sicilian lemon and geranium oils with the added surprise of yellow rose petals, this was right up my street and of course one may have just fallen into my basket.

The Yummy Mummy shower gel, I was guessing this would be similar to the Prince Charming shower gel as part of the Valentine's range, which I love.  However it has a much more citrusy scent, with a blend of Brazilian orange and geranium oils, plus cocoa butter and tonka to leave your skin feeling super smooth.  Just as good as the Prince Charming and such a vibrant purple shade.

And finally the Flowering Tea reusable bubble bar.  I really like the overall design of this product, molded to look like a tea bag.  A floral fragrant bar with neroli and rosewood oils, with blue cornflowers to float away with you in the tub.  I'm not overly keen on the colour this turns the water, more of a milky shade or of the smell although it is more subtle once is actually been mixed in the bath.

The Mother's Day gift boxes are worth taking a look at too.  As always, incredible packaging and some of them even included an exclusive product in the form of a sunflower bubble bar.  Although I have to say m favourite of all the gift sets is the pamper hamper, which comes in a reasonably sized planter complete with some seeds for you to sow.  I felt that this is really different for Lush, and is something to enjoy once the bath products have long been used up.

Thank you once again to Wendy and her team in Chelmsford for another fantastic bloggers event, I had a great evening.
