The Dream Has Become A Reality

You have no idea how excited I am to be writing this post.  I have my own place, me and James have finally moved in together and it could not be better.

We finally picked up the keys on Saturday.  You can see now why things may have been a little quiet on here for a while.

I should imagine things are going to be that way for a few more weeks, just while we settle in.  I just couldn't resist showing you a few pictures of where we are now living.

It is a bungalow on an apple orchard.  The views are amazing and the wildlife is pretty spectacular too.  There are lots of horses in the grounds.  I've never been much of a horsey person before but I will still enjoy seeing them out my window everyday.

This is the view from my kitchen window.  Ducks can often be seen floating by on the lake.  At least we know there will be no more wasted bread while we are living under this roof :)  It also makes washing up a bit more bearable too.

This is the view from our Guest bedroom.  The view from our bedroom is much the same.  It is a beautiful view to wake up to each morning.  I don't think I will ever tire of it.

So the process begins.  Making the place our own.  Un-packing boxes, buying furniture and putting our stamp on the place.  I can't wait to show you more of our little place in the country.  As you can imagine at the moment it is like cardboard city, we are in a bit of a mess but I hope to be able to show you more very soon.

The dream has become a reality.  I am now literally living the country life dream, I can't tell you how great that feels.
